Art changes

• Updated title screen
• Updated Egg Splatter effect
• Minor fix to cutscene positioning

Sound changes

• Added SFX sourced from freesound, and some sounds by Eche and SodaGummy
• Added BGM by SodaGummy

Code changes

• Implemented audio 
• Fixed bug where cars can crash into the van after the level is already lost
