Devlog: V2 updates

Art changes

• Fixed some of the incorrectly sized screens
• Swapped out mailbox, roadblocks assets
• Added controls scene
• Added level over screens missing in V1

Code changes

• Goose Enemy AI patches, goose now fires eggs at correct intervals, eggs cause splatter when land
• OPS Enemy and Goose Enemy now wait the delay before entering the scene
